Murad Daskiev, Chairman of the Council of the Teips of the region, recorded a video appeal to the residents of Ingushetia urging them to go to the polls and make their informed choice.
«More than 250 years ago our great-grandfathers decided to live together with Russia. Today our republic is an integral part of the Russian Federation and we live by the laws of our country. Everyone is aware of the situation in which our region has been living in recent years. There are still unresolved questions concerning the Prigorodny district, the signed agreement on the transfer of lands and so on,» said Daskiyev.
According to him, it is necessary to achieve justice through legal means in the current situation.
«We want Ingushetia to become strong and prosperous so that children can study and develop. The Ingush people have always been highly socially active, and we hope that this will also be the case this time, on the day of elections to the State Duma and the People’s Assembly of the Republic of Ingushetia. We encourage everyone to go to the polls and make an informed choice», concluded the chairman of the Teip Council.
We remind you that elections to the Russian State Duma and Ingushetia’s National Assembly will take place over three days — on September 17, 18 and 19.
